This is the absolutely final version of this painting. I’ve done some minor changes. I’m not really convinced they show all that well in the scan (it makes the texture of the canvas way too harsh) but I gave it more depth: I used felt pen to make the shadows pitch black, oil pastels to smudge them, also added highlights & color with oil pastel all around, fixed some minor things, detailed the foreground a little and such.
Next, I think I’ll paint Ctuhulhu - or that’s the idea.
